Arbitration is a powerful tool for conflict resolution. Here are some benefits of Arbitration:

  1. Arbitral proceedings and an arbitral award are non-public, and ARE confidential.

  2. In most legal systems there are very limited avenues for appeal of an arbitral award, which is an advantage because it limits the duration of the dispute and any associate liability.

  3. Arbitration is an alternative to National Court.

  4. A private mechanism for dispute resolution.

  5. Arbitrators selected by the parties.

  6. Final and binding determination of parties’ right and obligations.

  7. Neutrality.

  8. Expeditious and cost advantage
